For our chefs, this means dedicated and clear career pathways. Our culinary apprenticeships provide talented chefs with the chance to learn on the job; starting with our commis chef Level 2 qualifications right up to degree level. Our ‘Forward with Marcus Wareing’ programme is an enhanced development course that runs alongside a Level 4 Senior Culinary Chef apprenticeship and Operations Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship. Along with our Apprenticeship Team and HIT training, Marcus was instrumental in developing this programme; enabling chefs to achieve their full potential and giving them the tools to become our future culinary leaders.


Above it all, our goal is to match incredible individuals to rewarding roles and cultivate environments where all our people can be themselves, develop their skills, and let their personalities and passions shine through. To do this, we work hard to create a workforce that represents the rich diversity of the customers and clients we serve, as well as our society, because we believe that organisations with better diversity are better places to be and work.
